Shipping and Returns
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $300. Express shipping methods are also available.
Regular orders ship within 1-2 business days directly from our Los Angeles studio. Expedited orders ship the same or next business day depending what time the order is placed.
Any orders with Next Day Shipping placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Future Ancient is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by the shipping carriers.
*** Lost or Stolen Packages ***
FUTURE ANCIENT is not responsible for packages lost or stolen that have been confirmed Delivered by the carrier. It is up to the customer to place their own claim through the carrier and contact payment establishment for the associated charge.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks and odors in the original protective packaging.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds can only be made in the same form as the original purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as well as import taxes or duties incurred in the original shipment or return process (with the exception of California State sales tax). This averages to around $19 an order hinging on current shipping & handling fees
Discounted sale items are not eligible for refunds - Size exchanges accepted upon request.
All Discounted items are marked FINAL SALE can only be exchanged not returned at any time.
For customers using the pre-paid return label, a return shipping fee of $10 USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) or $30 USD (for returns from Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the return policy requirements stated above.
Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
